Workplace Legal

Web Development — Workplace Legal

About this project

Workplace Legal specializes in workplace investigations and employment law guidance in Ontario. They needed a site that communicates authority and trust while making it easy for potential clients to learn about services and book consultations. We designed and built a Webflow site with clear service breakdowns, an integrated blog for thought leadership, and a podcast section for their "Workin Progress" show. The site also includes appointment scheduling and a client portal connected to CosmoLex for secure case management. The design emphasizes a personal, approachable tone while maintaining the professionalism expected of a legal services firm.

Challenge

Workplace Legal needed a site that positions them as credible experts in workplace investigations and employment law — an area where trust and professionalism are non-negotiable. At the same time, the site had to be warm and approachable enough to convert hesitant potential clients into booked consultations. Integrating scheduling, a podcast section, and secure case management without cluttering the user experience required careful content and navigation planning.

What We Built

We designed and built a Webflow site with clear service breakdowns, an integrated blog for thought leadership, and a dedicated section for their 'Workin Progress' podcast. Appointment scheduling is integrated directly into the site, reducing friction for consultation bookings. The client portal connects to CosmoLex for secure case management. The design strikes a balance between legal authority and personal approachability that mirrors the firm's brand voice.

Services Provided

Webflow development, UX and content design, appointment scheduling integration, CosmoLex client portal configuration, blog and podcast section setup, CMS configuration.

Results

The site establishes Workplace Legal's digital presence as a credible, modern legal services firm. Integrated scheduling has reduced the back-and-forth of booking consultations, and the thought leadership content supports ongoing SEO and client education goals.
