About this project

Nova Logistics processes thousands of shipping documents daily across multiple formats — PDFs, scanned images, and emails. We designed an AI-powered pipeline that automatically extracts key data fields, classifies document types, and routes them to the correct downstream systems. The solution reduced manual processing time by 85% and virtually eliminated data entry errors. We integrated Claude for intelligent extraction with fallback rules for edge cases, and built a human-in-the-loop review interface for low-confidence results.
