About this project

Atlas Retail was running their e-commerce, ERP, and warehouse systems as disconnected silos, leading to inventory discrepancies, delayed order fulfillment, and manual reconciliation headaches. We built a central integration hub that syncs data in real time across Shopify, NetSuite, and their custom warehouse management system. The hub uses event-driven webhooks for instant updates, a PostgreSQL staging layer for conflict resolution, and comprehensive logging for auditability. Order-to-fulfillment time dropped from hours to minutes.
